In collaboration with Independent Nutrition Advisor and Licensee Dr. Rath Health Foundation, Aleš Homovec, we also make measurements with an arteriograph.
In a short time, similar to the that of blood pressure measurement, a professional device can measure the condition of your artery and cardiac function. The measurement will show you the degree of risk for a cardiovascular event when other risk factors are not yet apparent. The arteriograph examines the "arterial-life span", or stiffness of the arteries, which increases with age.
The two most important results obtained by computerized measurement of the measured values are the aortic pulse wave velocity (increased parameter value represents a high risk) and the augmentation index, which shows us the status of the small arteries (arteriol).
